Our Service Transition team are not only responsible for the smooth onboarding of our new clients, but also for designing systems and processes to assist the technical enhancement of our existing client base. We are now seeking a Level 3 Systems/Project Engineer to join this team where you will be involved in a diverse range of interesting projects using cutting-edge technologies.
The role is fast paced and you will enjoy the challenge of working across multiple, high value infrastructure projects. Working as part of the Sentrian team, this role liaises with both our Account Managers to assist in designing systems for our clients and with our other technical teams to deploy solutions. You will also work with our Business Development team in the planning phase to design and implement solutions for new clients to Sentrian. We work with current and upcoming technologies and the role requires a passion for keeping up to date and providing innovative solutions.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience working with an MSP or systems integrator or in a multi-network environment. Most recently you have worked in a projects team designing and delivering infrastructure solutions across a range of client networks.
To be successful you must demonstrate experience with the following:
· Active Directory/AzureAD
· Microsoft Cloud Technologies (Inc. Microsoft/Office 365 & Azure)
· Windows Server Technologies
· Infrastructure design& implementation
· Working with clients at a senior level
This position will be based in our Brisbane office. You will also frequently work onsite with our clients and your communication skills and presentation will be paramount to your success. Additionally, you will be a problem solver who is passionate about client service and motivated to stay up to date with current and new technologies to continue designing and delivering innovative solutions.
Our business is growing outside of Brisbane and you may be required to travel from time to time to on-board new clients. Although not essential, a drivers licence will be useful and you will not be required to use your own vehicle.
