The Position

We are seeking a Client Services Manager to work in our Brisbane office advising an existing base of diverse client accounts across various industries and locations.  You will be responsible for owning the IT trusted advisor relationship with your clients.  You will need to understand your client’s business’ and, with the support of our engineering team, advise them on technology strategy and solutions.

More specifically, during your average day you will:

 ·       Develop and maintain working relationships with your client base through regular visits, phone calls and email

·        Propose solutions to maximise business benefit from technology

·        Prepare proposals, including working with our procurement team

·        Further develop the Sentrian business as required

 The Person

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience in the IT industry.  You may already be in an account management role, or you may work in the channel or bean engineer looking to make a move.  Most important is your attitude and ability to build relationships to service your clients!

 To be successful you must demonstrate experience with:

·        Building rapport and relationships with clients

·        Technically savvy and interested in cutting edge technology

·        Instinctive understanding of the IT challenges facing your clients

·        Providing exceptional service to your clients every day

Your communication skills and presentation will be paramount to your success. Additionally, you will be a problem solver who is passionate about client service and motivated to stay up to date with current and new technologies to continue delivering innovative solutions.
