Join Sentrian's AI and Project Engineer, Jaeden Cook, for a hands-on workshop where you'll learn how to design and build your own Microsoft Copilot AI agent.
Together, we'll identify repetitive tasks, information challenges, and business processes that are well suited to AI agents. Then, we’ll design, build, test, and publish a working agent that solves a real business problem.
An AI agent is software that can understand requests, retrieve information, answer questions, automate certain routine tasks, and support business processes. When designed well, agents help reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and allow people to focus on higher-value work.
Through practical demonstrations and guided exercises, you'll learn how AI agents work, where they provide the greatest value, and how to build and use them responsibly within your organisation's security, governance, and compliance requirements.
