The Position
We have our people and products in place, we are a well established business with a great client base and now we’re ready to get serious about growing! This is an expanding position and you will have the opportunity to develop the growth marketing function within our Revenue Operations team. Upon gaining a solid understanding of our businesses and positioning in the market, we envisage the role will encompass:
· Achieving specific MRR targets through developing a strategy to drive acquisition and retention;
· Data driven analysis, reporting and decision making;
· Identify one or two channels, experiment, and iterate to find traction;
· Work closely with client services and service operations teams;
· Expected to be fast moving, make decisions,take risks, fail and iterate in order to succeed.
The Person
You have the experience necessary to lead our growth marketing function and will be comfortable with designing strategy and using the marketing tools required to make it a success. You have experience in the tech industry, preferably a subscription software business. You may have worked in a team and now you’re ready to drive your own role. You are goal orientated and excited at the thought of driving campaigns and are not afraid if you get it wrong. You are well organised and can work across multiple products.
Your skill set includes:
· Data analysis to report on results and drive campaigns
· Excellent understanding of social media platforms and tools required to run campaigns
· Excellent knowledge or SEO, Adwords etc
· Creative and comfortable driving the content creation process for campaigns
· Marketing and sales software
Experience with the following will also be well regarded:
· Active Campaign
· Zapier or other automation software
· Adwords
· HTML/CSS
· Webflow
